For passengers
Create an account, verify your email, and search available rides. Request the seats you need. A pending request does not reserve seats; only driver acceptance does. My trips shows every request and its current status.
For drivers
Offer your route, departure time and time zone, available seats, vehicle description and preferences. Use a public pickup place. Only accepted passengers see the private pickup instructions. Review requests before accepting. Capacity is checked again when you accept.
Stay in touch
Drivers and each requesting passenger have a private trip conversation. Open My trips to check messages and status updates. This release uses in-app updates, not push notifications or automatic ride emails. Cancel promptly if your plans change.
Fares
A driver may state an optional contribution per seat. Online collection is controlled by the administrator. When off, no money is collected by this website. When enabled, an accepted passenger can use hosted Stripe checkout. A return from checkout is not proof of payment; the trip shows confirmed payment after a signed provider notification.
